- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
- THERMOSTAT HOUSING &/OR OUTLET – Remove & Replace – V6 Lower Housing
- WATER PUMP – Remove & Replace – V6
- Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance.
- AIR COND HOSE – Remove & Replace – V6 Main,Suction Line – [NOTE: For Manifold and Tube Assembly, refer to Manifold & Tube Assembly – R&R DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System evacuate or charge system.]
- A/C COMPRESSOR – Remove & Replace – V6 w/o Pulley – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- CONDENSER – Remove & Replace – w/Aux Air Cond – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- EVAPORATOR EXPANSION VALVE – Remove & Replace – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- EVAPORATOR ORIFICE VALVE – Remove & Replace – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- ACCUMULATOR OR RECEIVER DRIER – Remove & Replace – V6 – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
